On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

In the open fully equipped kitchen, your family can cook together and end the evening in front of the fireplace after dinner. In good weather, dinner can be a barbecue on the terrace, in bad weather you can warm up in the sauna.

The lovingly furnished thatched roof house "Drei Möwen" offers sea views and a large garden with wooden terrace, beach chair, hammock, fireplace and sauna with rain shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. In one bedroom, the lounge bed can be pulled out to the bed. The natural, flat Baltic Sea beach with playground and beach bar is within minutes walking distance.

Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3km) and Rerik (5km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings July and August one week minimum!
