Cozy all year - with terrace & sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow for example two families to spend their vacation under one roof. -Winterpause vom 22.Dezember 25-5.April 26- Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)

Our 2-room apartment 45 sqm is located in the attic. A combined living & dining room with kitchenette offers everything you need for a nice vacation. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living room, a third bed is at your disposal. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment is designed for 2-3 guests. The parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly at the house and is available to you free of charge.

Deichhof Zingst FeWo 3

The Zingst dike farm, a vacation idyll on the Darß, between the Baltic Sea and Bodden. With its meadows, woods and proximity to the water, the property offers the perfect place to turn it all off and relax. Children are especially pleased with the great freedom of movement. Just a few steps across the yard lead to the dike with the inland water behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.
