Two-level apartment , inside an ancient tobacco factory dating back to the 1930s, finely restored with a view of the Mugello hills. The international Mugello racetrack is 5 minutes away. Florence can be reached in just 40 minutes by car. 12x6 swimming pool available to our guests. The property houses 16 apartments. Swimming pool 12X6 open from 20 May to 15 September.
