Apartment holiday rentals in Zürich

Located within easy walking distance of restaurants, the tram, and my sister-in-law's apartment. we easily walked to downtown Zurich. We loved the location – arriving straight from an international flight, the easy check-in was critical. Two front bedrooms face the street (note that the tram starts at 5 a.m.) and one bedroom faces an interior ventilation space. Since we stayed in June, we had the windows open to create a draft but closed them at night for quieter sleeping. There are small fans in each bedroom, too. The mattresses were quite new and comfortable. We did not stay long so did not cook but the kitchen contained everything we needed for coffee, preparing breakfast and snacks, enjoying a glass of wine, etc. The apartment is a few blocks from a supermarket which is well-stocked. There is a big table in the living room - we would also have enjoyed a small couch there, but there are chair seating areas in two of the bedrooms.

Die Unterkunft war gut zu erreichen mit dem Bus, flexibler Check Inn und Fahrstuhl! Das Zimmer war hell und sauber, Bad , Küche, alles, was man braucht. Es ist Verkehr auf der Straße, aber wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, hört man das kaum. Empfehlenswert.

Kathrin's apartment is a great find in expensive Zurich! A totally complete kitchen in an ideal, peaceful neighborhood setting and fairly priced. I was able to come and go freely with inexpensive Uber rides to everything in Zurich. Kathrin is very friendly and readily communicates. She helped me with ideas of where to go eat dinner on the evening of my arrival when I was tired and it was getting late. Thank you, Kathrin!

Amazing place to stay! Close to several restaurants, transit, grocery store, and mall. Beautiful interior and design. This was a quiet and peaceful spot. Olga was great with details and instructions which was quite helpful for our stay. Would definitely stay again when visiting!

We stayed here at the start of our Switzerland trip and it was a great experience, very cozy but easy to get to and walkable to the train and surrounding areas. You’re along the river and can enjoy the views and breeze from the window which was nice. The host was extremely responsive and friendly and check in directions were very clear.

Had a great stay at Noe’s cosy flat, it had everything we needed and felt really comfortable. The location was super convenient, with easy access to the tram stop and walkable to lots of places. Noe was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back!!!

Es stimmte eigentlich alles! Einzig das Wetter machte uns einen Strich durch die Rechnung. Wir konnten den tollen Gartensitzplatz nicht so oft nutzen wie wir eigentlich wollten. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber.

Wonderfully peaceful and clean flat with the most lush, green surroundings & walking paths. Filippo was always quick to reply, friendly and helpful. The location was in one of the best spots... close to the local train, trams and even walkable into the old town, for those with time & sense of adventure! :) The flat was tidy & clean, decorated with lovely plants to give a very cozy feel and the balcony was a special addition with the beautiful solar lights that illuminated magical patterns when night fell.... would recommend beyond a doubt! :)

Monika’s place was absolutely amazing and by far the best stay we had on our 3 weeks thru different parts of Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. If we could give her 1 stars we would. Amazing place, amazing small touches for any travelers needs. I truly cannot say enough positive words and would recommend to anyone to stay here!!!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet oder/und wenn man sich nicht selbst versorgen will. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Nicht weit entfernt ist ein Berg in dem man sehr gut laufen gehen kann und einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Zürich hat.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The area is so peaceful with just the birds singing. The accommodation was amazingly clean with everything I needed for base being a solo traveller. The private patio area and lawned garden all on a level was lovely to sit out on. The bus stop is just a short walk with regular buses to the train station so you can get to Zurich within 20 minutes. The hosts were helpful, friendly and hospitable. As the weather was hot, I was given a fan which was a great bonus to have on at night. The electric blackout blinds were also fantastic in aiding a good nights sleep. Thank you for hosting me.

We had a fabulous 5-night stay in this lovely open-plan studio apartment in Zurich. The space was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our trip — with plenty of towels provided and convenient parking right outside. It’s located in a peaceful area, which made it a great place to return to after spending our days exploring the beautiful sights of Switzerland. Our host, Kathrin, was absolutely wonderful — warm, responsive, and very understanding. In our rush to catch a flight, we accidentally left with the keys, but Kathrin was incredibly kind and patient while we sorted it out (we’ve since posted them back!). Nice flat. Very central and close to regular trams. Johannes and Ming were very communicative and let me check in early which I really appreciated. The flat was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Dayana was a wonderful host that was willing to answer all of our questions. The apartment was extremely clean and we were provided with everything we needed and more for our stay.

Amazing place for a family stay. It felt totally like home. you have the entire downstairs to your family. We loved the coffee capsules and apples kept for us. You have everything you need as a family to enjoy your stay. Easily accessible by Train to Zurich HB. Alex and Banu are such welcoming host. The station is 7-8 mins walk. there are big grocery stores like Migros at 10-15 mins walk. We loved the kids room for our kid and the sunlight. PS: Only recommendation for long stay would be to have a washing machine & dryer.

Außergewöhnliches Appartement in sehr ruhiger Lage. Absolute Empfehlung.

Alles sehr hochwertig und modern- wir haben nur gestaunt. Die Ausstattung ist sowas von komplett, wie zu Hause. Es fehlt an nichts. Es geht sehr über das normale Maß für Ferienwohnungen hinaus. Wenn man doch etwas braucht (Raclette, Schlitten), einfach den Vermieter fragen. Sehr hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist hervorragend, Sonnenaufgang hinter den Bergen... Eine außergewöhnliche Luxus-Ferienwohnung in toller Lage im Schwarzwald, wenige Autominuten bis in die Schweiz.

Prije svega, odličan i vrlo susretljiv domaćin. Riječima se ne može opisati sve što ovaj smještaj nudi. Smještaj nudi puno više nego što je na slikama prikazano, te je opremljen apsolutno svime što čovjeku može zatrebati. Najbolji smještaj do sada u kojemu smo odsjeli. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti :)

Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen; insbesondere die ruhige Lage und die Natur haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht und vom Balkon, wo wir jeden Tag gegessen haben, hat man einen tollen Ausblick.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.
