Attic apartment in a safe residential area in Zurich Seebach. By public transport you can reach the airport or downtown in about 20 minutes. You can walk to the Hallenstadion for a concert and leave your car for free. The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but it does have a garden with a barbecue area. Attention: The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator (48 steps). At the moment, there is a construction site next to the house, there may be some construction noise from 7:00 am. Save money and cook for yourself

The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
