Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 17th arrondissement

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

Clean and light apartment in a nice area. Well equipped with fresh bed linen and towels. Great kitchen. Bedroom windows are double glazed which minimises noise from the street below, but living room windows are not so there is more noise for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. That said it was a relatively quiet area for Paris. It was quite cosy with three people (living room smaller than the pictures show) but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Clear instructions provided for check in and responsive hosts.

The apartment is great. Modern and well equipped. I would add some ventilation, either some extra fans or A/C. It’s inside a nice neighborhood and safe area, but I wouldn’t sleep with the windows open because it’s the 1st floor. The apartment is very hot. Besides that, the price is a little too much for what you get. I understand it’s Paris and that’s the norm, but it’s a bit unfair. Besides that, it’s a good place to stay in Paris.

Small but functional space. Everything is there, from laundry to shower gel and coffee. Subway and bus stations are a 2-minute walk, shops nearby. Alexandre was welcoming, facilitating our arrival and departure but also good advice. I recommend 100%

We stayed at Marianne's place for three nights and we were very satisfied. Apartment looks exactly like on pictures with two cute balconies and is very well equipped, including chargers, Bluetooth speaker, shampoo, wine glasses etc. However, I was most satisfied with our choice of location as we were looking for more authentic Parisian experience. Location is local, lively, but still cosy, only few tourists, lots of restaurants, groceries, wine shops, bakeries and walkable to all the main tourist attractions, but also very close to metro etc. I highly recommend both the apartment and the location, which complement each other very well.

A very comfortable and cosy apartment for our family, in a beautiful neighbourhood. Very easy to navigate to all the best parts of Paris from here, with the Metro and bus station just at the bottom of the street. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, which was a godsend when we had to make changes in our check-in arrangements due to flight delays. This apartment and its host are a little gem of Paris.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

The interior of the apartment is perfect. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's clean and we have everything we need at our disposal. Nicolas' welcome was extraordinary. We arrived around 1pm while the apartment was available at 4pm. Nicolas warmly welcomed us to his restaurant and kept our suitcases. We therefore went for a walk and on our return, our two suitcases of more than 20kg were in the apartment. There are 3 very narrow floors so a huge thank you to Nicolas who probably saved us from back pain 😊 It's important to go and enjoy a delicious pasta and pizza meal at Nicolas' restaurant. It's delicious! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the Palais des Congrès, which made attending the conference incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet, with many excellent restaurants nearby. What truly made the stay special was Mr. Adam, our host. His warm smile and kindness were truly touching and left a lasting impression. I would gladly stay here again.

Marie was a great host, communicated well and gave excellent instructions in good time. The flat was perfect for a sightseeing base, good price and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others 🤩

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan's apartment. The view is absolutely stunning, with Sacré-Coeur just steps away - it really doesn't get more picturesque than this. The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre, and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
