Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster ,a kettle,a Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all things everyday. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. As a small "highlight", a small bay window with a cozy armchair invites,from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Apartment near centre, sleeps 2-10

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. All things important you‘ll find in this miniature house. We, Elke (teacher) and Michael (music journalist) live in the main house, with a view to green fields, close to a natural reserve.
