Accommodates 3 overnight guests with a double bed and sofa bed. The house consists of a large kitchen-living room, living room, two rooms, utility room with possibility of washing clothes, and a bathroom. There is its own small courtyard with the possibility of outdoor dining in the evening sun.

Charming first floor apartment with an oceanview. Perfectly located between the beautiful Marselisborg forest and the beachfront. Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Our house is located very close (100 m ) to the river "Gudenaaen", and the oak tree forrest. You will love our house, because of the location, and the outdoor areas. The room is a good choise for couples (+ one small child ), fishermen, tourists and business travelers.

Nordic hygge in protected neighborhood

My place is built of wood and has a nice indoor climate. One of the rooms has a glass canopy with a lovely light. Here is cozy and I have lived, laughed and cried with two children, their friends, lots of sociability and a dog ( Sigurd) who died a year ago.
