Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Traditional Coastal Farmhouse Nr Aberaeron

Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built approx 1890 and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the beautiful open countryside. To one side is a level patio area with a picnic table/bench leading onto a sloping lawn area. (N.B Bedrooms not requested and booked for are secured allowing us to offer a reduced booking cost for a smaller number of guests. The farmhouse is not shared with other guests.)

The Dairy Shed, converted barn nr. Aberaeron

The Dairy Shed is a self-contained converted barn with a wildflower roof. An 8 minute drive to the harbour town of Aberaeron, it is the perfect base to explore the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline. On your doorstep is plenty to see and do- the newly refurbished Ty Glyn hotel, bar and restaurant is a 10 minute walk away. Equally inviting is firing up the wood burner or sitting out with the fire pit on your own private deck to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the surrounding Aeron Valley.

Ardwyn is the best of both worlds- quiet and spacious, yet close to shops and Aberaeron’s beautiful harbour. This cosy cottage is just a 20 minute walk from a small shingle beach at Gilfach-yr-Halen, which leads onto the Cardigan Bay Coastal Path walk. The Moody Cow restaurant, pub, farm shop and Soft play is situated within walking distance across the peaceful countryside. A perfect visit for those cold cosy nights by the fire or for a Summers evening sat out looking over the lake. There is a village store and petrol station within walking distance for groceries/newspapers/post office.

We’re less than a mile from Cei Bach and Traeth Gwyn beaches and half a mile from the Welsh Coastal Path so it truly is a walker’s paradise. You can even walk along the beach to New Quay at low tide.
