My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

This home is most beautiful. We felt like royalty and were received with the kindness and friendliness that is rarely seen in the best 5 star locations. Better as we not only felt like guests we felt like family. The home is minutes from a world famous Italian spa which we experienced - truly amazing. The home is a short walk to town which is small albeit charming. Guilio and his mother Rita are true gems. We are already planning our next trip to our new home away from home. Everything was 5 star all the way. Hands down. Thank you again, Guilio and Rita😘

How we have affected it at Tenuta Verde. Monica and Daniele are hosts pur sang. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. Warm welcome on arrival, a welcome package that will let you through the first evening and morning. All the previous rave reviews are completely true. Tips about the area what to do next to the big sights and where to eat and buy the best ice cream. Warm personalities who are always there for you. Daniele even came to bring homemade wine twice, delicious. The house is so nice "coming home" after a long day away. Wonderful the tranquility in the garden and around the house. Cutigliano was a quiet and beautiful location. While we often drove 2 hours to go to major destinations, there was so much to do nearby as well. I found one of my favourite things to do was to explore the village and trials nearby. The people were wonderfully kind and the local food was amazing. Highly reccomend this location for a longer stay in italy. We live in an apartment at home, so the house felt spacious and luxurious, but at the same time, with authenticity. We got used to living with the gorgeous chruch bells across the street... everything was a joy! We stayed with a 6 month old baby which was great. If our small child was walking or crawling by themselves there are lots of stairs, some without rails which should be considered. Solange was exceptional. She was waiting outside when we arrived to help us understand how to bring in our luggage and park our car. She was quick to respond and had lots of suggestions for things nearby. Overall one of my fave trips!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Monika’s apartment. It is situated in a quiet, residential street, around ten minute’s walk from the old town - a perfect location to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The apartment is a home from home and is extremely well equipped. The bedroom has air conditioning and there’s a fan in the living room which kept us comfortable. Monika communicated well, and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend.

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

The listing of the accommodation does not reflect the beautiful landscape of the accommodation! There are countless hidden spots in the garden where you can relax. We liked the daily bike ride to Lucca with the bikes provided by Anita the most. Call me by your name scenes in real life! Also great was the proximity to the beach Marina di Vecchiano, which is considered an insider tip compared to the crowded beaches near Viareggio. The accommodation's grill is perfect for a cozy barbecue when you've had enough of pizza and pasta. The kitchen is fully sufficient to conjure up any dish at lunchtime. There is also a dartboard, which is a great way to spend the afternoons. The only disadvantages for us were: Unfortunately, the pool was a bit low at 1.10m. The area has a slight mosquito infestation, and Anita provided us with material to counteract this. All in all, a wonderful accommodation!!

We had a very relaxing week at Franco’s property. The place was well appointed including the full kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine looking over the beautiful countryside. A perfect retreat. Highly recommended

Alessandro welcomed us with great patience and kindness. A very friendly host that we will be happy to meet again next year. My daughter thanks him for finding her blanket after we left, yet another proof of his kindness.

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Markos and his place were incredible. If you’re looking for an affordable place to book in Florence, it has to be here. The place itself is amazing: extremely comfortable bed, wonderful AC, washer, dish washer, and the perfect location. All the important parts of Florence are so close to you, and being so close to the train station as well is a huge plus. You can take the tram right from the Florence airport to a block or two away from the apartment. What really makes this place an exceptional deal is Markos himself. Truly a super host. So kind, so responsive, so helpful with local recommendations for food, attractions, phone repair, groceries, everything you could imagine. He made our honeymoon so much better with pointing us to all the right places. He quick with communication and so helpful. Like I said, the place alone is great, but with Markos your trip will truly be unforgettable!

WOW! Book it now. We literally waited the entire stay to write this review, and since there are millions of reasons to book this place we will focus on the highest- first Andrea is a true superhost. What a lovely person, caring, attentive and very proactive. The house is the most unique place we’ve been to, and you will fall into the 60s-70s vibes of it right away. It’s enchanting! Every room in this house is decorated to perfection, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a great place to view the sunset. Other than that’s it a great place for families (great variety of sleeping options for the young ones) with lots to do around. Andrea, thank you so much for everything, we can’t wait to come back.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!
