Charming townhouse – your vacation home for up to 6 people in Lüneburg The house was built around 1900 as a semi-detached house. Over the past 100 years and under changing owners, this half has been renovated, converted and expanded. Last renovated by me in 2018. In addition to the living/dining room and kitchen on the first floor, there are four bedrooms on two additional floors. The stairs are somewhat narrower and steeper than in a new building due to the old building. The property is not suitable for people with disabilities.

Unser Einfamilienhaus bietet eine perfekte Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gastfreundschaft, da wir mit unserer Familie im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurück von der Straße, was für ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sorgt. U-Bahn U1 oder RB 81. Euch erwarten ein großzügiger, offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, vier separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Highlight ist der helle Wohnbereich mit hoher Decke, offenem Fachwerk und verglastem Tennentor mit Blick auf den Dorfplatz.

Hier ticken die Uhren etwas langsamer: Unser liebevoll saniertes Fachwerkhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Sumte, umgeben von Wiesen, Feldern und der einzigartigen Landschaft der Elbtalaue. Freut euch auf Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse, entspannte Stunden in der Gartensauna und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.

The approx. 160 sqm apartment is located in a quiet, centrally located residential area; a 15-minute walk from the city center. Free parking and a bus stop are right outside the front door. It is my own apartment, which I rent out during my vacation. I am happy if my house and the beautiful garden are used during my absence and I am happy to make them available with confidence in appropriate behavior. Parties are not allowed.
