Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn S 5 sowie REWE und DM entfernt. Sie sind in 25 Minuten, ohne umsteigen, in der City. Die S-Bahn fährt 24/7.
