For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
