The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Glazed conservatory connects the large cottage with the guest house which contains 1 bunk bed and 1 1.4 m wide bed and fully tiled toilet with shower. 75 m walkway without car traffic to the beach. Charging post for electric car is available and 4 simple bicycles to borrow. Charcoal grill is available. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels and clean on departure.

Här bor du med skogen som närmaste granne och den fina stranden. Stugan ligger i ett lugnt område, där dom flesta husen är sommar hus. Stugan är utrustad med luftkonditionering.

For groups of more than 8 people, we suggest the possibility of renting our other house "Holken" which is located on the adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together. Our cottage is 40 sq.m. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its fine sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The place can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a toilet with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bedroom with a single bed. Upstairs there is a room with a double bed, crib and cot (120 cm) and a room with two single beds. The wooden deck has morning sun and the conservatory has evening sun.
