The apartment near the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Bauhaus Dessau" is centrally located on the short route between Dessau main station and the Bauhaus and opposite the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The paths to the city center and many sights are short and within walking distance. There are four apartments and two medical practices in the building, behind which there is a parking lot that is locked at night.

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.
