I am Elisa, Marco's daughter. I collaborate with him in the management of the property. A native of Chioggia, she has chosen to share with her guests the life in the streets surrounded by the magic of the Venetian lagoon. The apartment, on one floor, is located in a central street and has recently been restored with fine finishes and furniture. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is a stone's throw from the Vaporetto stop that allows you to reach Venice.

The Maison du Flaneur is located in the historic center of Chioggia, near the vaporetto to Venice and the islands of the Lagoon. It is located near the bell tower with the oldest medieval clock in the world. And it is only 1 km from the beautiful beach of Sottomarina. The house is located a short walk from the municipal parking lot. On the ground floor, you will find the Hall and the bike storage. The accommodations are equipped with many amenities, including a beautiful terrace on the upper floor.
