I am Elisa, Marco's daughter, and I collaborate with him in the management of the property. Born in Chioggia, he has chosen to share with his guests the life in the street surrounded by the magic of the Venetian lagoon. The apartment, on one floor, is located in a central street and has recently been restored with fine finishes and furniture. With this accommodation in the center, your family will be close to everything. It is a stone's throw from the Vaporetto stop that allows you to reach Venice.

Studio apartment in the historic center equipped with every comfort, from laundry to bicycles. The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional Venetian house from the early 1900s, completely renovated in 2023. Location close to the Duomo, if you arrive by car you will find the Park Saloni at 400 meters (€4 per day) and the Giove car park at 450 meters (€0.50 per hour). Just 1.5km from the beach, also convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.

The accommodations are equipped with many comforts, including a beautiful upstairs terrace.

Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).

Ha una bellissima camera matrimoniale e una camera con due letti singoli per ospitare comodamente 4 persone, una cucina piccola ma funzionale in tutto. L'arredo total white rende l'appartamento luminoso ed elegante e rilassarsi sarà un piacere.
