There are beds for 5 adults and 1 baby. The garden is reserved for our guests. There is a teak dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy cooking your meals, or if you wish, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., explore the historical texture of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC. Middle floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bathroom, WC. Upper floor: terrace with magnificent sea view, seating area, 1 double bed and armchair. There are lemon and olive trees in the garden. Cleanliness is very important. You can drive to the front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.

Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

Hot water is provided by a water heater. Air conditioning and a television are available. There is a car park near the house. A charge applies outside the season and for stays of three days or more.
