Im Hochparterre einer Altbau-Villa finden Sie die frisch renovierte und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne. Vom Wohn- und Essbereich aus gibt es einen eigenen Zugang zum Garten. Sie können einen Spaziergang durch den Park oder an der angrenzenden Bille machen, einen Bummel durch die Bergedorfer Fussgängerzone geniessen oder einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt unternehmen (25 min).

Wellbeing in Hamburg

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und in 10 Minuten erreichst Du das große Einkaufszentrum und die U-Bahn). Diverse Einzelhandelsgeschäfte (Bäckerei, Kiosk und verschiedene Supermärkte) sind in der Nähe zu finden. Dazu sind Parks und ein sehr großes Naturschutzgebiet fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Sie ist sonnig und angenehm ruhig. Ein Außenrollo dunkelt den Schlafbereich komplett ab.

Wollt ihr bei uns vor Anker gehn, könnt ihr in die Ferne sehn, im Obergeschoß ist euer Heim und 2 Personen passen dort rein. Das Apartment wurde 2017 neugebaut und befindet sich in Hamburg`s grüner Lunge den Vier- und Marschlanden. Das ca 30 qm große Apartment ist vollständig eingerichet und hat alles was man braucht, sowie einem eigenen Parkplatz auf unserem Hof und ein lauschige Gartenecke mit Möglichkeit zum Grillen und Verweilen steht zur Verfügung .

Bright, cozy apartment in the east of Hamburg

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.
