There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Here is quiet and peaceful surroundings with forest and half an hour to three coasts as well as beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and a wilderness bath (purchased) in addition to an evening by the 🔥fire. Note! Limited bookings spring/summer 2025 due to construction work on the farm! Welcome to Vandbakkegaarden’s Retro House. Here you will find nature, peace and plenty of cosiness in authentic surroundings. The house is the original cottage built around 1930, while we live in a newer house on the property. The house deserves to be lived in and cared for, and you – our guests, contribute to that. We also appreciate offering our guests a different type of holiday and on a budget.

Nyt privat sommerhus fra 2018 med en skøn udsigt og beliggenhed, som vi lejer ud, hvis I vil passe på det:) Alt er lyst og imødekommende. Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
