Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

***Perfekt für Städtetour*** Das Dachgeschoss eines über 100 Jahre alten Hauses wurde 2024 kernsaniert. Trotzdem wurde in liebevoller Detailarbeit, der Charme der Jahre erhalten. 2km zum Flughafen (kein Fluglärm!) 200m zur U-Bahn 500m zur S-Bahn 60m zum Alsterwanderweg 500m zur Einkaufsstraße Nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 10 Jahren. Es gibt eine Dauerbaustelle (über Jahre) direkt an der Straße. Diese verursacht tagsüber entsprechende Geräusche, am Wochenende ist meistens Ruhe.
