Surrounded by greenery: Our vacation & wooden house surrounded by the small pony farm. The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

This modern and fully equipped two room apartment with a wonderful view of the “Alstertal” offers many opportunities for relaxation, sports and other activities. Through the garden you have direct access to the “Alsterwanderweg”, perfect to go for a run, hiking or walking. In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

***Perfekt für Städtetour*** Das Dachgeschoss eines über 100 Jahre alten Hauses wurde 2024 kernsaniert. Trotzdem wurde in liebevoller Detailarbeit, der Charme der Jahre erhalten. 2km zum Flughafen (kein Fluglärm!) 200m zur U-Bahn 500m zur S-Bahn 60m zum Alsterwanderweg 500m zur Einkaufsstraße Nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 10 Jahren. Es gibt eine Dauerbaustelle (über Jahre) direkt an der Straße. Diese verursacht tagsüber entsprechende Geräusche, am Wochenende ist meistens Ruhe.

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
