Schöne ruhige Wohnung zwischen Alster und Stadtpark. Gute Anbindung zum Nahverkehr, U- Bahn Borgweg in 10 Minuten (850m) und Bus in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Fussläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Supermarkt, Drogeriemarkt, Apotheke, etc. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und einem schönen, sonnigen Balkon in den Innenhof. Ich vermiete meine kleine tolle 1 Zimmer Wohnung im schönen Stadtteil Winterhude. Der Stadtpark ist in 5min zu Fuss erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig und anstatt Großstadtlärm hört man ehr das zwitschern von Vögeln. Wenn ihr früher Einchecken oder später Auschecken möchtet, fragt mich einfach. Ich freu mich auf eure Buchung!

***Perfekt für Städtetour*** Das Dachgeschoss eines über 100 Jahre alten Hauses wurde 2024 kernsaniert. Trotzdem wurde in liebevoller Detailarbeit, der Charme der Jahre erhalten. 2km zum Flughafen (kein Fluglärm!) 200m zur U-Bahn 500m zur S-Bahn 60m zum Alsterwanderweg 500m zur Einkaufsstraße Nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 10 Jahren.

This beautiful home has been renovated in 2022 with new wooden oak flooring and Scandinavian style finishes. It has a balcony with seating. It is located on the second floor and there is no lift in the house. The place is calm as the bedroom is not on the street but towards the back of the house with its own balcony.
