The oak house with its own large garden is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with a wide view over the surrounding fields. There are two double rooms with en-suite shower bath, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

Landhaus Fritz is a former farmhouse in the village of Hobstin, close to Neustadt in Holstein. Here you enjoy privacy at the end of a long driveway. Two horses graze on the surrounding fields! The house is ideal for day trips to Eutin, Lübeck, Heiligenhafen, Fehmarn, Grömitz und many other places on the Baltic Sea.
