With a view of the countryside and beach location, we offer you our 1-room-Apt. (28 sqm) plus 8 sqm balcony on the 7th floor; modern and timelessly furnished. A new built-in kitchen with dishwasher & electrical appliances, a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) as well as an attractive bathroom with glass shower/toilet are provided. A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" as well as a public swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. Wi-Fi, towels & bed linen are provided FREE OF CHARGE

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Comfort apartment close to the beach to feel good

Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Mobile tiny house made of wood with 8 cm insulation made of sheep's wool (biocide-free!), loving interior design with plenty of vegetable oiled wood for a healthy indoor climate and harmonious light, untreated larch wood cladding, five large, outward opening windows, running water, multimedia, loft bed with good mattresses and slatted frames, small fridge and room temperature controlled stone slab heating.

In complete silence, you can enjoy the expanse, with access to the beach right outside the front door and all the possibilities for excursions and cycling to the nature of Holstein Switzerland and the surrounding towns.

In our cozy non-smoking apartment only 200 m (three minutes walk from the promenade and the fine sandy wide Baltic Sea beach) you can spend wonderful quiet holidays or recover from a hard day's work.
