The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Kinder kostenfrei (s. weitere relevante Angaben). Wohnen auf einem ehemaligen landwirtschaftlichen Anwesen. Sehr ländlich und ruhig. Die Wohung ist komplett barrierefrei und mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet. Im Umland kann man wandern, klettern, am Badesee entspannen, Städte wie Bamberg, Bad Staffelstein, Coburg, Kronach, Bayreuth und Kulmbach besuchen. Herrlich ist es auch, einfach im Garten oder auf der Terrasse die Ruhe zu genießen und Hühner, Laufenten oder manchmal auch Schafe zu beobachten.

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Man braucht nicht viel im Leben, Hauptsache rundherum ist es schön. Genau das findet Ihr hier. Ein Zimmer mit Küchenecke, ein Holzofen für den Winter, ein gutes Bett, ein kleines Bad, eine große Terrasse und Blick über Obstgärten zum Wald hinüber... Die Fränkische Schweiz und unser Kleinziegenfelder Tal ist eine wunderbare Gegend für ausgedehnte Wanderungen. Aber man muss gar nicht weit weg: Direkt vorm Haus blüht und gedeiht es und alle möglichen Früchte und Beeren laden zum Naschen ein.

Bed linens and towels. Non-smoking rooms. BBQ area at the house. Parking is available in front of the house. The rooms have been newly renovated. The building's exterior facade is currently uncleaned. We apologize for this.
