The property is located in a large castle park surrounded by nature with horse paddocks, not far from the Bodden waters, the sea and the picturesque fishing port Barhöft, which also attracts sailors. There are 30 private apartments in the castle. The modern and brightly furnished Apartment 17 is about 30m2 in size, equipped with a new kitchenette and is on the 2nd floor of the property.

The apartment is on the raised ground floor of a listed villa, has a small hallway, 1 bathroom with tub and washing machine, 1 combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and 1 combined living and bedroom with a double bed, a sofa and two armchairs and a TV. This room has a stucco ceiling. There are plank floors and old stone floors everywhere. about 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the grocery store, 15 minutes to the old town, 5 minutes to the bus line. 5 minutes to the beach promenade.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

The small bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined to create a double bed. 1 bathroom with tub, shower and toilet as well as 1 separate toilet. The garden is huge, with unobstructed views of the vast countryside.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
