This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

You will be staying in small 2019 restaur. Tiny house from 1911, which is located on the grounds of the Berlin-Ostkreuz railway line to Poland and is designed as a SUMMER house with outdoor kitchen on the covered terrace in rural surroundings with chickens and sheep in the neighborhood. You can relax around the campfire and the beautiful starry tent in the evening, hike and be right in the forest from here. Dogs that are not educated must be leashed. Please COMMUNICATE in advance!

In addition to the bedroom, the cozy apartment has two couches and a sofa bed with a mattress width of 160 cm in the large living room.

Surrounded by several very large lakes ( 1 to 3 km long) nearby, partly on foot but always accessible by bike or car. The Gutspark starts at our doorstep and stretches over several hectares with romantic aleas and large green areas, ideal for a picnic. You are following in the footsteps of Theodor Fontane.
