On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the Stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

The freshly renovated apartment is situated in a light souterrain of a flat-roofed bungalow that is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in the north of the city. The city center is only a fifteen minute walk away, but there is also a bus station right in front of the door as well as free parking.

It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The detached guest house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac - ideal for couples with pets or smaller families with children and dogs. With a modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right at the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room - so the accommodation is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if required.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking.
