Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Newly renovated tastefully decorated guesthouse in Skepparkroken, 100 m to the sandy beach. Directly adjacent to cycling and trails. Four beds of which two are in a double bed and two in a sofa bed. Outdoor room, laundry room, AC, fireplace, large terrace with flexible patios, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Sheets and towels are not included. Two bikes are available to borrow.

On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we provide breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Feel free to notify requests early.

Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

Flat in a quiet residential area with 5 minutes walk to the mile-long sandy beach in Skälderviken. For 2 people in detached house with separate entrance. Bedroom with double bed, dining area with simpler cooking options; microwave, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and kettle. WC, shower, washing machine. Central heating. WiFi. Free parking. Sheets, towels, final cleaning are not included in the price. Can be rented / bought to. Sleeping bags may not be used in the beds.

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Just let us know when you make your reservation!

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Comfortable walking distance to the beach and the sea, the harbor with restaurants and Kronoskogen with cozy trails and running tracks 2.5 km to the center with good bus connections.
