Holiday rentals with a patio in Ann Arbor

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

This is the cleanest and quietest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything is extremely well maintained and in perfect working order. Beautiful area and views. Lovely hosts who are very responsive both when booking and during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to others. I had emergency work being done on my house and had to leave immediately – I had booked a different airbnb and it was an absolute nightmare. I found this place while hastily searching for an alternative and I am *so* glad that I ended up choosing it. I showed up totally stressed out, sleep deprived, and starving. Lynette said a quick hi and then let me get on with unpacking. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. It is also very low-fragrance (just a few hand soaps and the dish detergent are fragranced). I ended up staying for a week and a half and having such a comfortable, quiet place to stay really helped during this stressful period. Highly recommend.

Very nice. Place Was in pristine condition and felt like a new place. We loved opening the sliding glass door and listening to the birds. Saw deer go by as well. So peaceful!!! Everything is in this small comfy space. It is connected to a house but we didn’t see or hear any noise from others. Thankful to have the washer dryer.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

We stayed at Jesse’s place for graduation weekend. Right in the heart of the action. Walking distance to the stadium and the heart of Ann Arbor. The apparent was clean and newly renovated. Jesse was extremely helpful and responsive from the very beginning. I recommend it 100%

Felicia’s place was perfect for our trip. We often come to Plymouth as we have family there and currently we returned because someone was ill. Felicia was very understanding in all situations and just made our stay so seamless and with a peace of mind. We will definitely be staying here again when in town :)

My husband and I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this was one of the best. The Suite Retreat is Cheerful with Tasteful Decor and Linens. It provides a Comfortable Bed, High End Kitchenware and is throughly Clean! Thoughtful amenities were provided: Healthy Snacks, Condiments, Toiletries, Assorted Beverages, Filtered Water and more :) ! Hosts were very prompt when communicating. They answered all our questions and provided helpful suggestions . The Outdoor space is very Private, Cozy and Charming ! A Barbecue is provided :) Thank you Jeffrey and Janet, it is evident the effort you have made for our comfort!

we were in town for work that was downtown Detroit. the house in a perfect location for us. hopefully the house is available next year so we can rent it again.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of six ladies visiting Ann Arbor for a friend’s shower. It was incredibly spacious, with 2.5 bathrooms—ideal for everyone getting ready comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we loved the thoughtful extras like board games, a huge TV on the main floor, and a projector in the basement for movie nights. The wrap-around deck was a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee, whether from the Keurig or the percolator—both were provided! Check-in and check-out were seamless, with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. We also needed a late check-out due to scheduling, and Dan and Franziska were beyond accommodating—truly wonderful hosts. This was an A+ stay in a beautiful, well-located historic home. We’d be happy to stay there again and highly recommend it!

Very spacious place for our family of four. Easy parking and load in sure helps. Great cookware too! Firm beds and great furniture. Be sure to visit the Hudsons at the Ypsilanti Automotive Heritage Museum when in town!!!

What a perfect place to stay in Ann Arbor. Enrik is an amazing host and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The place is really nice and in a perfect location for visiting the University of Michigan. Easy check in instructions and Enrik even let us stay a few hours past check out time as we had a later flight. Great parking and a really cute neighborhood. We can't wait to book Enrik's place again in the future.

She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. This will always be my first go to. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay at this beautiful home.

Clean comfortable furnishings with all the amenities. Relaxing time in a quiet safe neighborhood. Austin was a great host and responsive to our needs. Will definitely book again.

Justin’s place is even better than the photos! It’s huge and solid and so beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and will hope to visit again.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's place. The house is in an excellent location, just a block away from a nice park and playground. Everything in the house was exactly as described, the kitchen was well-stocked, instructions were very clear, Peter was responsive with any questions we had, and he made a high chair available for our son. Overall, it is probably one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at!

Shone's place is beautiful, it makes you feel rite at home. The only downfall is the noise of the traffic coming from the main road, just a heads up. But other then that no complaints from me. Just make sure to take all shoes off before walking upstairs 😁 his carpet is very clean 👌
