Take a break and enjoy the tranquility in scenic surroundings close to Gudenåen. The house exudes simplicity and relaxation, and is suitable for those who value tranquility more than luxury. The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from the Gudenåen. The house consists of a kitchen/living room with a wood stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with a sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 beds. Outside, there is a large sunny terrace and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

In scenic surroundings lies the historic Grønbæk Præstegård 1757. The Confirmation Room, which consists of a private entrance, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, is rented out. 70 m2 real cottage atmosphere, 50 m2 wooden terrace with afternoon and evening sun. Sleeps 4-6 in 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed and 2 3/4 beds. Fits 4 people very well, but 6 can be squeezed in if you are a little close. Duvets, covers, towels are included. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, WiFi, Smart TV, wood stove. Washer/dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Access to the boat bridge at Sunds lake just opposite the turning area. 5 minutes to the supermarket. 15 minutes to Herning.

Centrally located between Silkeborg, Randers, Viborg and Aarhus. 2.2 km to Ans lake shore where there is the possibility of swimming, sailing and fishing. There are plenty of activities within a few kilometers, including Tange Sø Golf Club, Ans Circle Walk route, a mountain bike ride in the forest, Tange Elmuseet.
