Our 3rd floor condo offers a cozy escape for up to two adults and two small children. For longer stays, we recommend no more than two guests due to the limited storage space. The kitchenette features a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and cookware/kitchenware. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and the two built-in bunk beds in the hallway are just the right size for children. The bathroom features a full-size shower. All bedding and bath towels are provided.

Cozy, pet friendly tiny home with one bedroom and loft (loft has two full beds) located in beautiful Bay View RV Resort with tranquil freshwater lakes, two swimming pools, hot tub, clubhouse and kids playground. Laundry facilities available. Aransas Bay and the Copano Bay fishing pier are within 1/2 mile and offer some great fishing. Wonderful front porch for relaxing and bird watching.
