A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. Njut av lugnet i vacker natur, med promenadavstånd till badplats och smidig kollektivtrafik till Göteborg (busstation 500 meter från huset med direktbuss in till Göteborg på 25 minuter). En perfekt sommaroas för 1-4 personer, har man med sig egen luftmadrass så rymmer huset fler! Lakan o handdukar ingår! Hjortviken country club 15 min med bil. Mc Donalds, Ok/Q8 ca 5 min med bil. Landvetter flygplats 7 min med bil. Resesäng (spjälsäng) till bebis, barnstol och skötbädd kan lånas gratis.

Here you have a peaceful accommodation for the whole family (also handicap accessible) located on the nice west coast. Here you can take a walk to the beach, the ice cream kiosk or Ica for all purchases. With 42 beds and bathrooms, there is also a large kitchen that is adapted for all sizes of groups. About 4 miles to Gothenburg but the nearest urban area is Kungsbacka which is about 1 mile from the building, where there is most things desirable and also developed healthcare.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and 50 meters to a shallow sandy beach or swimming at the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa, there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops and is only 30 minutes by train or car to Gothenburg.
