Holiday rentals with a patio in Athens

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed in a great location.

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

From A to Z we were very happy with the accommodation. The apartment is in a great location, bright, very nicely decorated & you have a wonderful view of the Acropolis. There are numerous restaurants & cafes all around :) Communication with Konstantinos was very pleasant & we always received a timely response. Again in Athens I would book the same place.

Very good air BnB we stayed for 5 nights and left the apartment satisfied with everything. Great rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, very clean and the bed was comfy and a good size. There is a good TV, clean and well styled bathroom, kitchen with everything you need, washing machine with a rack to dry your clothes (very helpful). The host gave a great recommendation for a beach locations which turned out to be the best day of the trip. Easy 5/5!

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Very nice and clean apartment in the very best location. Unfortunately, the street outside is a bit noisy but with earplugs at night you don't hear anything. We'd come back!

Nice place for a short stay, close to the airport (tip, use Uber). Clean place and very nice and kind host (offered us dinner). Road to go to Markopoulo not easy to walk (next to highway). But for the rest, perfect!

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Communication was good (check-in was prompt, though needing to meet could complicate at times) - our case was fine! House was clean, spot on description-wise and offered all necessary amenities! Location is good - nothing special (that’s sth you already know when booking). The only small caveat might be a little bit of a smell (from not seeing much sun).

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Our stay was very short, so it suited us well. The shower had hot water, the bed was comfortable. It was easy to check in.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights in this Airbnb. First of all, we would like to thank Kostis for the clear explanation about the use of the Airbnb and the incredibly quick responses to our questions. The airbnb is clean, modern and cozy. So highly recommended. A plus is also that you can reach the Metxourghio metro station within a 5-minute walk and thus easily visit all the hotspots of Athens.

It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Among the Airbnbs I've used so far, this one has the highest satisfaction. There is a terrace and a veranda, so the ventilation is very good, the daylight is good, and the view of the Acropolis and the sunset are very beautiful. The house was so clean and tidy, and I felt how meticulously and carefully it was managed and prepared because it had everything I needed. There were local restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby, and it was a station area, so I was able to go sightseeing comfortably. The host is quick to respond, flexible, and generous, so I want to go back to Athens because of the accommodation. I'm coming to Athens again in a while, but I was so disappointed that I had to book another accommodation because it was already booked. Thank you to the hosts for making the best stay!!

The place is perfect. The apartment looks just like the photos, it has everything you need and the pool is a great plus if you are traveling with children. It's a great place to visit Athens.
