The home is in the countryside where there are horses, donkeys, chickens, cats and dogs. The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen and a private toilet/bath with infrared sauna. Bedroom is in the loft. The area consists of rich opportunities for long walks or a short trip to the water (31 km to the North Sea). Approximately 2 km from Sørvad (local grocery store), 10 km from Holstebro and 30 km from Herning.

The town hall is located very centrally in Herning city at the end of one of the city's pedestrian streets, just steps from the train station, cinema and bus terminals. The house is furnished as a fully furnished holiday home with bath and two rooms on the 1st floor with two separate beds. The living room includes access to a cosy closed courtyard. From the apartment, you are only about 5-6 km to Herning Centrum and Kongrescenter, the same distance to MCH Messecenter Herning, FCM Arena and Jyske Bank Boxen. The new Gødstrup Regional Hospital is only 3.5 km away. Within a short distance, there is a bus stop, bakery, pizzeria, shopping, etc.

Huset er røgfrit, men i forlængelse af garagen er der et rygerrum. I huset er der gratis wifi og kabel TV til fri afbenyttelse. Det er tilladt at medbringe kæledyr. Huset er placeret cirka 10 km. fra Herningcentret, 15 km. fra Boxen og Messecenter Herning.
