The city center, the exhibition halls and the convention center can also be reached in a few minutes. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the immediate vicinity, to numerous cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Every Tuesday and Friday the well-known Isemarkt takes place in Harvestehude, where you can have a great breakfast, eat fish rolls or be seduced by regional delicacies.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig im Villenstadtteil Uhlenhorst auf einem der schönsten Grundstücke Hamburgs direkt an der Alster. Vom großen Balkon blickt man über den Feenteich und die Alster. Schöner geht es kaum! Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder dem Bus in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen. Vermietet wird ein Teil von Alexanders Wohnung, der über einen separaten Eingang, Bad, WC und eine kleine Küche verfügt. Absolute Privatsphäre!! SONDERPREIS in Wintermonaten ab 4 Wochen! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt an der Alster. Von dem Fenster und vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Guest room at the lake

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
