Monthly Rentals in Avery Creek

It’s such a calm place. I enjoyed sitting on the couch each morning, drinking coffee and watching the horses across the way. The coffee the hosts provided was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were welcoming, their old dog was very sweet, and the few glimpses and sounds of an active and loving family made me nostalgic for old times, when my children were young.

This house was amazing!! Just as pictured but better in person. The room downstairs was a suite!! HUGE! The house was spotless and super comfortable for me and my family. I would definitely recommend it. It’s very close to the Biltmore (maybe 5 min away). Downtown Asheville was about 15 mins away. Very quiet neighborhood.

We were visiting Asheville for a friends wedding and this provided the space and amenities we needed for a long weekend. It was peaceful and had a nice patio and outdoor space. It was an awesome suprise to see the fireflies twinkling in the trees by the creek at night while relaxing after a long day. It was just me and my husband but would be nice for a group of adults or a family getaway also. Plenty of space. Thanks for a good vacation!

Our anniversary was Amazing one thanks to these two. When I say they went above and beyond especially surprises we weren’t expecting? Game over and when the house is everything and you want for nothing? Snacks, coffee, breakfast, Grill hot tub every channel you want to watch score! We thank you for an amazing💗 anniversary experience and we so appreciate you. You are our top place to stay when we come to Asheville which we come quite frequently. To see so much love even through devastation and heartache is just a loss for words. We are planning to move there in 3 years or so. A plan we made 4 years ago before the hurricane. We just thank you for the hospitality and the love you showed us. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. Kudos team kudos !
