Monthly Rentals in Avery

This secluded gem of a bungalow exceeded our expectations! I’m from this small town and I wasn’t expecting much, but once we arrived and was greeted by this tranquil, eccentric courtyard, my husband and I were all in! The courtyard was my favorite part of this rental! Very cute, creative and comfortable. All of our needs were met, and the host, Janet, was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Loved staying here! Melvin was super accommodating and helpful when I needed to ask a few questions. Lots of space, and nice and cool inside in the hot summer weather! Very clean and had everything we needed well organized :)

This rental is an amazing private, peaceful getaway. It’s fully stocked with anything you could need for a short or extended stay. It is most definitely off the beaten path, but there’s several different towns within 30 minutes or so that offer restaurants, shopping, or groceries should you need them. And the wifi and electricity hold up surprisingly well given the remote location- even during some pretty major thunderstorms we never lost either. We couldn’t have asked for a better host- Martin was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Super friendly and helpful while respecting our privacy. We will look to book Martin’s place first thing next time we find ourselves in the area. 5 stars for sure!

This place was amazingly clean. We got a great nights sleep just passing through. We checked in late around 11ish and had no issues with the keypad or finding it. We really enjoyed this stay
