Holiday rentals with a patio in Avon

Really good place! Booked it for a birthday trip and it really paid off! Only 20 mins away from downtown, totally worth it!!

Easy booking, great location, super clean, modern and updated

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

Brand new apartment. Safe neighborhood. Restaurants and shops between 0.2 and 0.5 miles away. Checking in was easy - keypad entry, so no fobs or keys to lose or return at checkout. Responsive hosts. Easy, quick access to I-65 and thence to Indianapolis and Carmel. Westfield is about 15 miles away the other way.

Amy’s place was a perfect stay and had lots of nice touches: Full sized towels, throw blankets! Actual potholders so that the kitchen was usable. Clean and comfortable. Felt like being at home. The complex pool and amenities are really nice and the area was safe and conveniently located. Time your entrances and exits (or just go South) bc when the church traffic lets out, it’s a bear. 10/10 will stay again.

This unit was stunning. The upgrades were to die for. I don’t know if love the kitchen or the bathroom more. The area was amazing and quiet. There is a tree in front of the window that simply captivates you as you sit in the den and relax. You are not going to want to leave.

The space was perfect for what I needed. Miguel gave very clear instructions for everything so checking in/out was simple. The neighbors upstairs were in&out a lot but I was still able to sleep just fine. Gated parking lot out back which was comforting. Loved the location, there was a lot to do within walking distance.

The location and view were great! Also having the parking garage was awesome for that location

Staying at Craigs listing was exactly what our family needed for our daughter's wedding. We would highly recommend staying at this picture perfect home.

We stayed here for a wedding at the Kennedy Estate (which was just around the corner). The house was beautiful, very well cared for, and came with all you need for your stay. There is a dollar general just around the corner for the basic food needs and a Kroger and Aldi about 15 minutes away. We were not too far from Indianapolis either- about 30 minutes to the zoo over there. Check in and check out were simple, and the house was very well organized with helpful tips throughout the house for use of appliances, as well as a welcome binder. If we ever have a wedding out there again we would stay again!

Exactly what we were looking for! Back yard was perfect for my family and dogs. Would definitely visit again!

Our group loved staying at McKenzie’s bnb. It was in a nice and quiet location and her communication was always great. I never waited more than 20 minutes for a response!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Tou was very friendly and responsive. The space was clean and spacious.

Beautiful home with great amenities. House is just as described and spotless clean! Arturo was a great Host, we came to town early and he accommodated us with an earlier check in. We rested well and enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. If we come back to Indianapolis in the future we will definitely be staying here. Arturo checked on us during the week to make sure everything was going well with our trip.

Quinton’s home is clean and comfortable and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The beds were comfortable and towels were great (better than home, lol). Host is helpful and very responsive. He recommended a breakfast place for us, which we enjoyed twice during our stay. He even provided a suction-cup grab bar for the walk in shower when I told him one of our family had some mobility challenges. We enjoyed the large flat screen TV in the living room and found it easy to stream from other devices. Home is all on one level, with only a couple steps in to the front door. Main floor laundry too, if you need it. We also appreciated the dusk to dawn outside lights on either side of garage and the front door that made it easier and safer getting in and out after dark. Next time we are in the area we would definitely consider staying here again!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the environment. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly and quiet. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Indy for a short or long visit. ED Estates was very good responding to any questions that I had and being helpful when I could not fit my vehicle in the attached garage due to size. The additional parking was more than sufficient. I will look them up whenever I am in the area and need a place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and comfortable place! As advertised, and an extremely comfortable bed.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
