Communication and check-in went smoothly! Sabine and Maik were always available and very helpful. The accommodation is - as in the photos - beautiful and has everything you need for a weekend in the Harz.

Nice place and Till was very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Clean and kitchen is stocked with everything 1-2 people need in terms of cookware, cutlery, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing location within short driving distance of many good hiking paths in the Harz. We spent our 1st vacation home holiday with our 2 German shepherds at Elke's and were thrilled from the start. The house and the garden were exactly as described. The welcoming gestures for us and our four-legged friends also surprised us very pleasantly. We felt welcome and at home right from the start. A very cozy little house. We were mainly there for motorcycling, but you could always end the evening well in the seating area or on the comfortable sofa.

We booked Olgas and Ralf's place for our family holiday with 7 adults and 5 children and are thrilled! I think I have never lived in a home that fits so perfectly for the stay of large groups, especially with children, and is also so lovingly and very stylishly furnished. Our highlights were: - Garden and grill area - Games room - Numerous bathrooms - comfortable beds - Open and airy room layout We will be happy to come back. Thank You!

We were guests in Stephan and Julia's accommodation for 2 nights and were super satisfied. The little cottage is very cozy and nicely furnished. The bathroom is almost as good as new and the small kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Overall, everything was very clean and the cuddly cat, who kept watch at our doorstep, made us very happy :) The city center is super fast and easy to reach on foot. With the Harzticket, which you get for the tourist tax, you can also easily travel by bus throughout the district. Stephan gave us a lot of good tips and ideas for leisure activities on arrival. Everything was perfect and we can only recommend this accommodation!

Lovely apartment, just as described. It was a quick stop off just to sleep and head to the next location but seems quite close to the town centre and is a nice and quiet location. Great value for money

Nice apartment containing everything we needed. Peaceful location. Short walking distance to restaurants, Sole-Therme and hiking trails. Free parking on site, though it could be a hassle to get a spot. Don’t be fooled by the outdated look of the building - the apartment is spotless. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would come again some other time.

Great apartment to stay

We were in Schulenberg for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With our dog, we were straight in the green and there was nothing missing. We will be happy to come back!

We had three beautiful days in this super-equipped apartment. It was quiet and well located, for example, to get to the mountain marathon :). However, a car is necessary. You can go on beautiful hikes in the area and simply relax. When the weather is nice, the large balcony is of course mega. The hosts (living below) were very friendly, we felt comfortable and welcome.

Olivia is a great hostess. We found their apartment exactly as it was described. It is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Everything you need in a vacation apartment to feel comfortable is there. In addition, Olivia provides her guests with care products, some basic foodstuffs, if a purchase was not possible, and a delicious 🍷 wine. We can fully recommend the apartment, a free parking space is available and the residential area is totally quiet and relaxing. After our hikes in the nearby area, we were able to sleep like a log. We spent a week in Olivia's apartment and could have stayed longer. It was our first visit to Bad Sachsa and certainly not the last. A good infrastructure ensures a comfortable stay. We would love to come back and thank 🙏 Olivia for the wonderful stay. 🤩👍🏼

We spent a few nice days in Goslar with our friends and 2 young children. The place was super nice, perfect for our needs and left nothing to be desired. All communication and handling was friendly and straightforward. If we travel to the region again, we would immediately choose this apartment again.

The newly renovated apartment is beautifully furnished in a typical Harz house. It was clean and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and cozy, the surroundings quiet and beautiful. From there, you can start all sorts of excursions in the Harz. Falko also provided a hiking guide and various suggestions for spontaneous activities. Games and books are also provided for rainy days. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
