Communication and check-in went smoothly! Sabine and Maik were always available and very helpful. The accommodation is - as in the photos - beautiful and has everything you need for a weekend in the Harz.

First of all, the house is in a prime location. The old town of Goslar is entirely within walking distance and in 5 minutes you are on the market square, great! Also important: the house is very complete and comfortable. Everything seems to have been thought of in terms of facilities. We appreciated the toys, always nice not to have to bring them with us on a trip. The bed also feels luxurious and comfortable. Personally, we like a slightly more atmospheric interior, but that is different for everyone. The host is very friendly! The house is quietly situated on a courtyard, overlooking old roofs and half-timbered houses. If you want to stay in Goslar, we would absolutely recommend this house!

We had three nights with a group of 10 and all participants were able to spend a relaxed time well accommodated. The view and the beautiful garden with child-friendly equipment were wonderful.

Nice accommodation. Pleasant beds. Regional charm of the house. The dining area with its bench was cozy, had a great view and atmosphere and immediately became our favorite place. Large garden, where the fox sometimes stops by. The kitchen is small, but offers everything you need. Spices, tea, coffee filters and the like are also included as basic equipment and do not need to be brought along separately. We left some of it there because we had bought it before. Restaurants are within walking distance. All in all, we were very satisfied.

We had a very nice stay in Goslar and felt at home in the great holiday home of the Grundke family! We were very happy about the small attentions for people and animals at check-in and it was noticeable in every room that someone had given a lot of thought to the furnishings in terms of practicality and style. We were happy during our stay and could not have imagined a nicer vacation home for us and our two dogs.

We booked Olgas and Ralf's place for our family holiday with 7 adults and 5 children and are thrilled! I think I have never lived in a home that fits so perfectly for the stay of large groups, especially with children, and is also so lovingly and very stylishly furnished. We were guests in Stephan and Julia's accommodation for 2 nights and were super satisfied. The little cottage is very cozy and nicely furnished. The bathroom is almost as good as new and the small kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Overall, everything was very clean and the cuddly cat, who kept watch at our doorstep, made us very happy :) The city center is super fast and easy to reach on foot. With the Harzticket, which you get for the tourist tax, you can also easily travel by bus throughout the district. Stephan gave us a lot of good tips and ideas for leisure activities on arrival. Everything was perfect and we can only recommend this accommodation!

We were at Tim's for a birthday weekend. The accommodation was nice and large and the view was fantastic. Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful balcony because it rained permanently - but the electric fireplace created a cozy alternative here. The apartment was well equipped and everything important you need was available. However, the road to the accommodation was really very broken and full of potholes, so great caution is advised here. All in all, we can recommend the stay with a clear conscience!

It was a wonderful stay at Frank's place! The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated! We felt very comfortable! I'd love to come back :)

We had a really nice and relaxing stay. The photos correspond to the status on site. The apartment was super easy to find, there were clear instructions and very nice and uncomplicated communication. Overall, a very tidy and clean apartment without a lot of frills. Everything that is needed for living and living is available. The small private terrace, included in a beautiful garden, offered a nice outdoor seating area. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. In my opinion, a good price-performance ratio. In terms of location, you only have to accept a few more kilometers, depending on what you want to discover and explore in the Harz, but you know this in advance and the overall package is right. For the second time, I had the opportunity to stay in Charity's beautiful apartment. For working, the apartment was great and despite high temperatures outside, the rooms were pleasantly cool. Everything you need for a longer stay is there. Charity is very friendly and a great host!

We have now been to the Harz Butze for the second time and it was great as expected. I like it when apartments have a certain charm & decorative elements and not everything looks sterile. A special plus is of course the sauna, ☺️ especially when you come from hiking and it is a bit cooler, super pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped and if you don't want to cook, La Capri is a very good restaurant recommendation. Overall, a little dream 🥰

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and well advised on nearby excursion destinations. In Dirk's beautiful cottage, we felt right at home. We especially liked to use the private terrace. The modern bathroom also provided wellness moments. We lacked nothing. Thanks Dirk. We would recommend you and your accommodation at any time.

The trip to Harz was extremely exciting and full of pleasant memories and adventures. It's like a magical place with magical people. Especially the hostess of the apartment. She answered all questions instantly. I just had time to write the question, she was already at our door with the solution to this issue. The apartment itself is extremely neat, clean. In the middle, there is everything you need and even more to feel at home there. Comfortable mattresses, pleasant aroma throughout the apartment, incredible view from the terrace, birds singing. This accommodation is created for recreation ❤️

This is a beautifully furnished and well-stocked apartment. Perfect for short or longer stays. The bed is extremely comfortable. The view from the living room is amazing and the balcony a perfect little refuge.

The apartment is fantastic. The layout and rooms are comfortable, and it was perfect for our group of three couples – we had a wonderful time. The location is super convenient, you can easily walk there from the train station and it has easy access to public transport nearby for hiking trails. If we ever come back to Goslar, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Olivia is a great hostess. We found their apartment exactly as it was described. It is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Everything you need in a vacation apartment to feel comfortable is there. In addition, Olivia provides her guests with care products, some basic foodstuffs, if a purchase was not possible, and a delicious 🍷 wine. We can fully recommend the apartment, a free parking space is available and the residential area is totally quiet and relaxing. After our hikes in the nearby area, we were able to sleep like a log. We spent a week in Olivia's apartment and could have stayed longer. It was our first visit to Bad Sachsa and certainly not the last. A good infrastructure ensures a comfortable stay. We would love to come back and thank 🙏 Olivia for the wonderful stay. 🤩👍🏼

Very good host, smooth check-in and parking space was great. Close to everything and beautifully surrounded.

The apartment has a unique view of the hills and mountains directly behind the house, a perfect starting point for the first round around the village. EVERYTHING is tip-top clean, plus very cozy. We were two couples in the apartment, which was great in terms of space. Communication with the landlord is very friendly, reliable and accommodating. We felt very comfortable!

We stayed at this place for a weekend and were very satisfied. Sascha is a very kind host who values the satisfaction of his guests. The place was in a quiet area as described and you were right in a beautiful forest with great hiking opportunities. We were here with our dogs, for whom this environment was an absolute dream - of course for us. The apartment was lovingly prepared and clean, which is always very important to us. We definitely recommend this place for people who love nature and want a cute place to stay. We definitely want to come back! :)

The stay was wonderful! The accommodation was easily accessible for us by public transport and a great starting point for day trips, but also surrounded by great attractions and hiking trails. From the terrace you have a direct view of the castle mountain. The place itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The swimming pool is also a great additional offer. Communication with the host was easy and quick, and questions were answered directly. We felt very comfortable and would stay there again at any time
