When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Our small apartment is located in our newly built house in a fantastic location in Bonn Oberkassel - right by the forest and approx. 10 minutes' walk to the Rhine. Everything is new and modern but with a high degree of coziness. The room has all the things you need as a traveler. Our small kitchen is designed for a quick meal in the evening without a stove. We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In this modern apartment I offer space for 2 people. A nice bedroom with a queen-size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and feel-good bathtub, as well as a large kitchen with full equipment await you. You can relax in the living room in front of the TV and on the large balcony in good weather. The nearest bus line is just 5 minutes away, as well as parking directly at the apartment. The A3 highway is also just minutes away.

Enjoy this stylish space, "Wäller Haus", completely surrounded by a vast natural garden. A place for young and old, where you can relax and spend a wonderful time together. In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside.
