A nice and cozy apartment, we felt very comfortable!

Great location close to shops and the town centre but private and quiet. It is a very comfortable home.

Really a great place to stay where I was allowed to stay for 6 weeks. It matched the photos, description, and my expectations, and you really feel right at home. Despite the very central location it is really quiet and it offers a great retreat. Rewe is less than a two-minute walk away and the train station is also within walking distance. Only in winter now it was quite fresh in the attic, but it can be endured. I would definitely like to come back again and enjoyed my time there!

This was the second time we stayed at Elena's flat. It was spotlessly clean as always. For us the location is ideal for a family visit. There are nice cafés nearby and it is only a short walk into the city centre. On our next trip to Bielefeld, we'll definitely stay here again.

I'm very grateful to Diana for her help, care and compassion. My cat was sick after travelling when we arrived on January 1 from Belgium. Diana brought us from the train station to vet clinic and was waiting there with me for several hours. Diana always helped with all my numerous questions and requests, although she was very busy before her holidays. She actively suggested her help and gave good advice. I felt calm and comfortable in the apartment. The furniture is not new but everything is very clean. The kitchen in well equipped. Everything function perfectly. There washing and drying machines in a separate washing kitchen which is free and available 24/7. The apartment can be cleaned every week, and bed sheets and towels are changed. But if it is not convenient for whatever reason you can cancel cleaning. The location is convenient. It's in 5 minutes walk from the train station. There are some supermarkets and a good pharmacy in about 15 minutes walk. The area is green and calm

We had a great weekend in the apartment and felt right at home :) Scarlett contacted us in advance to discuss details and we were allowed to check out flexibly on the last day. The apartment is cozily furnished and is very well equipped. The Externstein, the Eggebad, supermarkets and, fortunately, the ice cream shop are within walking distance. We can only highly recommend a stay here😊

A great accommodation in a fantastic environment and outdoor area. The apartment is tastefully furnished, very spacious and clean. You are in the middle of nature, surrounded by meadows, forest and animals. The extremely loving design of the outdoor area is particularly noteworthy. A dream of a garden!!

We had a fantastic stay at Ullrich and Anne's. The host was very proactive and communicative and was kind enough to be in touch with us over the telephone, and even picked us up by car from the local train station, saving us a roughly 25-min uphill walk. He even offered to take us grocery shopping for the duration of our stay, having arrived in the evening. The apartment itself was lovely, extremely well-equipped and had more than one would expect at the standard Airbnb in big cities these days. There was a fully-equipped, modern kitchen with a high-end cooker, oven and dishwasher. The living area was ample, yet cosy, with a nice music system. It was also very clean. We felt very at home and it was lovely to spend the summer solstice there. The apartment itself is surrounded by a lot of green and was pleasant to walk to and from. Forested paths take one to the station and supermarkets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we returned to the area. Thank you!

Maria's place is really beautiful and spotlessly clean. Felt right at home upon arrival. Was greeted and shown around upon arrival and Marina was on hand for any enquiries we had 😊 Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes being outdoors due to its location right besides a huge woodland. After 2023, we were finally in this wonderful house for the second time, where you can feel the spirit of over 300 years. We - and also the children - felt absolutely comfortable. To avoid writing too much, here is a brief list of the many highlights: - Very high-quality and well thought-out equipment - Great room layout and perfectly restored original timber-framed style - wonderfully close to nature with river access on the property. You can observe rare birds, deer and raccoons and enjoy almost untouched nature - calm and friendly neighbourhood - A perfect place to leave the stress of the big city behind - The stunning Externsteine are very close In short: A perfect place!

The apartment is completely beautiful! Modern and high-quality furnishings and it has everything you need. Markus and his family are very nice and hospitable, so we felt completely comfortable during our short vacation in Detmold. We will be happy to come back! P.S.: The only challenge to the location is the extremely steep approach by car (steepest road Detmolds), which is certainly not for everyone (but the courage is rewarded with a fantastic view😉).

The pool table was a winner. The biggest disadvantage was that it was spread over 2 floors and the upper floor was not accessible by wheelchair. The downstairs toilet was also cramped, as were some doors due to wheelchair accessibility. We greatly appreciated having a little more time to check out. Also the very complete equipment of kitchen was great. Thank you

A beautiful, spacious apartment! However, only partially suitable for 8 people. There is only one toilet that is integrated into the bathroom and accessible by steps. A little dangerous and not accessible for the elderly at night. For 6 people who know each other well, but no problem at all. The apartment is super clean, very chic and stylishly furnished. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but fully suited for small cooking actions. Very large fridge compartment. Huge TV and large couch for everyone. The conservatory is also very nice, where you can sit outside nicely.

Absolutely recommended! Great apartment, very clean, everything available. We immediately felt very comfortable. Communication was simply great, the response time is very fast and also proactive. The apartment is great. Everything was very clean and tidy. Great atmosphere. Host Kai very friendly and immediately very helpful with any question.

Super apartment, very clean and well maintained with small touches. We felt right at home. The rooms were generously sized, so we also had enough space for two children's travel cots. We did not find it negative at all that there is no living room, as other reviews complained, because you can also sit very comfortably in the dining area. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.

Nice, clean, small apartment, well connected. Hossam communicates in a very friendly and responsive manner. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed! If you are sensitive to the street: pack earplugs. The smart home is very practical because you don't have to hand over keys :-)

I stayed at Simone's place only for 3 days and I really enjoyed it. Apartment was warm, quiet and clean. I can reccomend it and I definetly will come back anytime I need to saty in this area!
