We found everything perfectly clean. The host, Peter, is available for any request or need and ready to give directions to the area. He is also very friendly and available to chat about any topic. The area is quiet and safe, so you almost don't need to lock the door.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location with close links to Ravenna, Argenta & Bologna. The apartment space was very clean and tidy and was peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon.

The house is clean and cozy, as my daughter said "it feels like home", very well-stocked, in the center, we did not miss anything and we had a great time. We have never had any difficulty parking near the entrance, but there is no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity. Paola is very courteous and very attentive to the guest and we thank her very much.
