One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Superbe logement, où l'on se sent très bien. L'environnement verdoyant, ainsi que la décoration incitent à la tranquillité, surtout après avoir évolué dans la foule parisienne. La localisation est un parfait compromis pour profiter de Paris et se ressourcer. Nous nous sommes également delectées des choix offerts par la bibliothèque, qui complète à merveille ce petit havre de paix. Nous y avons séjourné en période de canicule et avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes : pas un bruit n'a perturbé nos sommeils. C'est précieux! Un petit ventilateur est disponible et était bienvenue. Merci à Julie qui a été très réactive et très claire dans ses informations, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Vraiment top le logement d’Alexandre, c’est une maisonnette très jolie dans un quartier très tranquille, et quand vous souhaitez aller au centre de Paris vous y êtes en 20 minutes ! Je recommande fortement !

The apartment is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved spending time on the balcony. The metro station is very close-by, and it's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Paris :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Fanny. Zum vereinbarten Treffpunkt hat sie uns alles gezeigt und vorher auch eine gute Wegbeschreibung geschickt. Zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, um in die Innenstadt von Paris zu gelangen. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein sehr guter Bäcker, auch weitere Versorgungmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte sind ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Es gab eine Mappe mit guten und ausführlichen Informationen zur Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Fanny und Check in bzw. Check out verliefen problemlos.

Had an amazing time at Amanda's place! This was our first time staying in and exploring the 11th and it was full of surprises with amazing eateries, wine bars, and cafes. It was so nice to come back to a spacious place in Paris!

Paulo m'a transmis un livret extrêmement complet sur le logement plusieurs semaines avant le séjour. Il a pris soin d'écrire également plusieurs jours avant le séjour. Il est très disponible et réactif

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft. Etwa 10-15 min von der Metrostation Hoche entfernt. Ganz netter Empfang mit persönlicher Nachricht in Form eines Schreibens. Besonders nett und aufmerksam fand ich, dass der Kühlschrank mit Lebensmitteln für das Frühstück gefüllt war, von denen man sich bedienen durfte. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Etienne's flat is beautiful and made me feel very welcomed. His moderne decor and great use of space felt very comfortable and warm. The view from the balconies were quintessentially Parisian and the tre chic Le Marais neighborhood is charming and full of boutiques and cafes. The location is perfect I will definitely be returning again. Albeit, it is a 5 floor walk-up to the flat, the beautiful interior of the stairs made the walk up and down quite remarkable. Love the timeless French architecture. You will love his apartment.

Aurélie est une hôte disponible, sympathique et arrangeante. Le logement est bien agencé, joliment décoré, calme et agréable. L'emplacement prés du métro est un plus. Je recommande vivement

We enjoyed our stay in Fred's place. The location was good - in a neighborhood away from the crowds but with a subway stop across the street. There was at least a 180 degree view of the city from the long terrace, all the tall sites being in view. The elevator runs to the 9th floor and a winding staircase leads to the apartment on the 10th. We were traveling with 45 days worth of luggage, which we had to haul up the last flight of stairs. We signed up for Fred's cooking class with a market shopping trip. This was wonderful. Fred is an excellent teacher!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.
