Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Banana River

This rental was exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was impeccably clean, well stocked and literally within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communication was on point. We can’t wait to return for a more extended visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great little spot right across the street from a peaceful stretch of beach. Easy walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Quiet area. The common spaces were great; we had nearly all our meals out there. The unit was quiet and stylish and everything worked perfectly. Kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and easy to raise and lower. I would definitely stay there again! One caveat: units G and H face a white fence; all the others have nicer settings. We stayed in unit A which is a corner unit closest to the common area and the path to the ocean.

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect size for me, my husband and young daughter for a few nights. Beach is so close and Julie offered all the beach items needed- umbrellas, sand castle stuff, chairs. She also gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, breakfast, sunset drinks, ice cream spot, etc. thank you so much for all of the amazing suggestions. The fresh seafood was just the best! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

We had a wonderful time. The place was very cozy, and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was spelled out in a book or sent to me ahead of time, so I never had to reach out. It was quiet and private, yet it was close enough to restaurants and downtown that we could easily walk. I would plan to seek out this location in future visits.

We can't say enough wonderful things about this place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect — tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Whether we were exploring nearby attractions, grabbing a bite, or just soaking in the sun, we were never more than a short drive or walk away. As for the house itself... wow. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel completely at home. We can say with full confidence the house had everything we needed!

The home itself was nothing short of spectacular. It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail felt thoughtful and well-curated, making the space not just a place to stay, but a place to truly enjoy and relax. The location? Absolutely perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. One of the standout features was the home guide Zeena provided. It was thorough, informative, and incredibly useful—not only covering the ins and outs of the home but also offering great recommendations and tips for making the most of our time in the area.

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

Wonderful! Even better than when I stayed there a few years ago with a little remodel since then. Easy walk to restaurants and great ice cream. Can watch rocket launches from the back windows or from the park behind the building. Just a really cool and interesting space in a great location and a great host. Clean, easy, great directions, etc., etc., etc!

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect the location, neighborhood was quiet I felt very safe, neighbors were friendly, place was very clean. We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!
