Wenn Du die Natur und die Ruhe genießen möchtest und es trotzdem nicht weit zu den Ostseestränden und zu Seen haben willst, bist du hier richtig. Zur Peene (Amazonas des Nordens) kann man zu Fuß laufen, ca. 10 Min. Zum Badeort Lubmin: 45min mit dem Auto.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

It is very quiet here and there is little car traffic. So this place is ideal for a break, writing or artistic work. Greifswald is 20 km away, the Baltic Sea beach in Lubmin is 25 km away.
