Il Pollaio is the signature house of Casa Via Costa in Forio, the largest and most scenic space of the property. A bright open living area features a stunning glass wall overlooking the bay of Citara and a central fireplace for cozy evenings. Surrounded by gardens, it blends elegant Mediterranean décor with generous spaces. From May to October guests enjoy pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee and daily housekeeping. In other months it is self-catered. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking included.

Luxurious villa located in Forio, in a very quiet area but a few steps from the center. The apartment is equipped with every comfort. The apartment consists of four double-bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and and two kitchens. Outside there is a beautiful patio with a swimming pool and a beautiful terrace, where relax and watching the sunset. The villa has private parking, and the beach of Chiaia is just a 10-minute walk away. A few steps away is the supermarket and the bus stop.
