The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The freshly renovated apartment is situated in a light souterrain of a flat-roofed bungalow that is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in the north of the city. The apartment includes a large bedroom with a king size bed, a cozy living and dining room with a comfortable pullout couch, a modern shower bath and a complete built-in kitchen. The city center is only a fifteen minute walk away, but there is also a bus station right in front of the door as well as free parking.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Opposite, a forest with a small game reserve invites you to take a walk. The one-room apartment (26 m²) is accessed through a separate entrance. In it, 2 guests (possibly + 1 child by arrangement) enough space.

A stylish and lovingly furnished apartment plus balcony and roof terrace. We love having guests and want them to feel comfortable with us. The apartment is intended for two people with its small, cozy bedroom (140 cm x 200 cm bed). One more person or two children can be accommodated on a sofa bed (120 cm x 200 cm).
